In Greece, use a Game Boy, go to jail
I found this to be quite an interesting story. It turns out that the Greek Government is at it again. The Greek Government has banned all electronic games across the country. The original article quotes that if you are found breaking the law that you "will face fines of 5,000 to 75,000 euros (about $4,980 to $74,650) and imprisonment of one to 12 months". Does anybody find this amusing? The same thing happened during the occupation of Aegean Macedonia in the years following 1913. I wonder if the Greek Government will fine or imprison anybody even if they speak of playing games? Will the government send all those offenders who refuse to stop playing games to the Greek prison camps? Will the government force the Microsoft to rename their game system "Xbox-opoulos" and Sony to called theirs "Playstationassis". Or maybe the Government will claim that "Gaming Systems" are actually Greek. I can just see t-shirts with the Greek flag and the words :
"Playstation is Greek"
or
"Xbox
