Mary Petsinis (May 23, 1917 - November 8, 2006)
Passed away peacefully on November 8, 2006 in her 89th year. Born on May 23, 1917 in Vevi, Florina, Greece. Maria was a loving mother to Afroditi, Peter, Eleni, George and their families. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Agapi, Mary, Louis, Tommy, Peter, Jimmy, Danny, Steven, Kathy, Mary, Anna and Sandy. Loving Baba to her great-grandchildren Julian, Evan, Luke, Shad, Leah, Sage, Alyssa, Devin, Kathleen, David, Jamie, Mitchell, Antonia, Kalypso and Jake. The family is grateful for the loving care during Maria's stay at the Bay Ridges Centre. Family and friends may visit on Friday, November 10 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. E. (at Warden). Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 11 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church, 1385 Warden Ave. (south of Ellesmere).
