It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Vasilka peacefully surrounded by her family at Scarborough Grace Hospital on Sunday March 19, 2006. Beloved wife of Pando of 56years. Cherished mother of Lenna (George Giamov), George (Roula) and Mike. Doting Baba of David (Joanne), Karl (Denise), Peter, Konstance, Christopher, Alexander, Brandon and Kyle. Stara-baba of Tyler, Hunter and Morgan. She will be sadly missed by her relatives and many friends. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Doctors Hurowitz and Kirsh and the nursing staff on the 3rd floor of Scarborough Grace Hospital for their dedication and care. Friends will be received at the HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Blvd., 416-423-1000, on Monday March 21st from 4 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday March 22 at St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
