Passed away peacefully in her 85th year on June 10, 2007. Elene was born on April 20, 1923 in Banitsa, Macedonia. Beloved wife of Petsa (Peter) and mother of Mike and Tom (Cheryl). Proud grandmother of Peter Michael, Sarah, Carrie (Jason Pickering), Jay (Michelle), Andrew and Christopher. The family will receive friends at HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Blvd., 416-423-1000, on Wednesday, June 13 from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday, June 14 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15 at St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Cathedral, 76 Overlea Blvd. at 10 a.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.
